About Us

Fre-Jac Restaurant and Bakery opened in August 2006 when former Parisians Roselyne and partner Jean-Marie decided to settle in Balingup.

The restaurant has quickly been embraced in the South West and people come from Bunbury, Busselton, Pemberton, Manjimup, Boyup Brook and even as far away as Perth to enjoy the French flavours.

Roselyne is the restaurant chef and Jean-Marie bakes all the extremely popular French bread in the bakery. 

Life is a little slower in Balingup than in Paris, but the French couple are very happy with their move and are enjoying the lifestyle.

Whether you come to sit in the garden when the nights are balmy, or to enjoy the warm fire in winter, Jean-Marie and Roselyne hope to see you before too long at Fre-Jac.
